All orders, deliveries, pickups, and orders accepted by the client are considered final.
All orders are considered final upon delivery or pickup, with no option for refunds or returns. Purchases are accepted on an "as-is" basis. By accepting the order at delivery or pickup, the client acknowledges and accepts the products. The Rotary International of Poteet ("Poteet Rotary") is absolved of any liability, and the client indemnifies and holds harmless all individuals and representatives. The selling organization assumes that the client has inspected and approved all products and orders as they are. The client releases the selling organization from any professional or personal responsibility and agrees not to hold them accountable for any legal actions.
